Merchants Distributors, LLC Privacy Policy effective January 2, 2025

Transferability

In the event the Company goes through a business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your User Information may be among the assets transferred. Independent Retailers

The Company has business relationships with a group or groups of separate retailers who independently own and operate their specific retail grocery stores or groups of stores (“Independent Retailers”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the collection or use of information by Independent Retailers or their websites, mobile apps, or any other digital programs or platforms owned or operated by Independent Retailers. Children Privacy Protection

The Company does not knowingly collect information about children under the age of thirteen (13) years old. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information without their consent should contact Customer Service at 828-725-4350 or email CustomerService@MDI.com. If the Company becomes aware that a child under the age of thirteen (13) has provided information, such information will be deleted.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy (including all matters arising out of or relating hereto) shall be governed and controlled by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, Catawba County, notwithstanding choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Both Parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts presiding in North Carolina for any disputes related to this Privacy Policy.

Changes and Updates

The Company reserves the right to change this Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to check back from time to time, so you are aware of any changes or updates. The effective date of this policy will be indicated at the top of the page.
